2 Eggs – separated

2 pieces of bread (optional)

Salt

Oh my gosh! These are so pretty and delicious. Did I mention super easy to make?!

Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Put egg yolks into separate little bowls for easy transfer. Whip egg whites to stiff peaks. Place bread on the baking sheet. Carefully, using a tablespoon, spoon the egg whites onto the bread making a well in the center. Bake in the middle rack for 4-5 minutes. Watch carefully as not to let them brown too much. Take baking sheet out of the oven. Gently put the egg yolks into the well in the center. Bake for another 1-2 minutes. Transfer to plate, salt and pepper to taste, decorate and have a healthy and delicious day!
