Chicken Wings

Instructions

Prep time: 30 minutes  |  Cook time: 25 minutes

This is my husband's ultimate summer and football season dish! Super fast and super easy.  Brine the chicken in the morning and cook in the afternoon.

  1. Combine water and salt.
  2. Put chicken wings into brine and let stand for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat 350° – 450°.
  4. Grill wings for approximately 7-9 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Remove wings from grill into a heatproof bowl.
  6. At this time you can divide the wings into however many different options you want to serve.
  7. If you have 2 sauces divide the wings into two bowls, etc.
  8. Pour sauce on the wings, cover, and shake to make sure that they are covered.
  9. Grill again for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  10. We love to serve this dish with fresh veggies and blue cheese dressing.

Ingredients

 Makes 4 Servings

2 cups of water

1 tspn salt

2 lbs chicken wings

Favorite Sauce – we prefer WingIt sauces. Approximately ½ cup per every 10 wings.
