Whipped Feta Crostini
What a wonderful appetizer! Whip up the feta in advance, when ready just slice the bread and prep the tomatoes. Serve with your favorite white wine.

Frittata or Zapekanka, call it as you wish. This dish goes beautifully with a nice Sancerre for brunch or dinner. This is one of our faves!

This is not your plain store-bought cranberry sauce and we just can’t stop eating it. This is a Cranberry Sauce that we have all throughout the year.

Boil the eggs in advance and all you’ll need to do is blanch the asparagus, make the croutons and serve. Serve with Roasted Salmon and dinner is ready!
Shakshouka
This is one of our favorite dinner recipes even though it’s a breakfast dish. Serve it with a nice glass of wine, good bread and you are good to go.

Sautéed Mushrooms
There are a lot of questions on how to clean mushrooms. There are two basic methods. Either brush off each mushroom with a paper towel or wash them.

Gluten-free and delicious. This is an easy side dish to make. The trick is to use chicken stock to bring out that flavor. Serve with chicken or meat.
