Lunch and Brunch Recipes

Onion Quiche

This is a perfect dish for Thanksgiving or Christmas. Everything can be made a day or so ahead and all you have to do is combine and bake on the day of the party.

Ham Frittata

Frittata or Zapekanka, call it as you wish. This dish goes beautifully with a nice Sancerre for brunch or dinner. This is one of our faves!

Shakshouka

This is one of our favorite dinner recipes even though it’s a breakfast dish. Serve it with a nice glass of wine, good bread and you are good to go.

Salad Niçoise

This is such an easy yet absolutely fabulous dish. It is visually pleasing and can be mostly done in advance. Enjoy it with a favorite glass of white wine.

Roasted Salmon

This is by far our favorite out of all the fish recipes. Quick, easy, and so delicious. Make it with a salad or with asparagus. The options are endless.

Lemon Roast Chicken

The best way to go is to prep this chicken the night before and refrigerate. The next day put it in the oven and dinner is ready. Enjoy with a nice wine!

Chicken Wings

Quick, easy and so delicious – this is our favorite. Make them for lunch, dinner or watching the game. Grab a good beer and enjoy!

Chicken Stock

The history goes on and on but one thing is clear stock (broth without the actual solids) can take a dish from ok to wow in 2 seconds.

Herb Crusted Pork

This recipe is absolutely wonderful. This is also my go-to recipe for a quick dinner if I have a busy day ahead, or for a lazy Sunday afternoon.

Chicken Pasta

My family loves this recipe and I hope you will too. This is probably the quickest and easiest pasta that could be. Just add the chicken and veggies.

Shrimp Salad

Light and perfect for a lunch or a dinner. Easy to make and delicious to eat. Pair it with your favorite white wine such as a Sancerre and dinner is served!

Grilled Shrimp

This is one of our favorite recipes for shrimp, simple and tasty. Salt, pepper, garlic, and a quick roast in the oven. You can’t get any easier than that!

Sautéed Cod

This is definitely a weeknight meal. Combine it with some sautéed potatoes, heirloom tomatoes and a nice Riesling a 30 minute dinner becomes so much more!

Asparagus Kielbasa Frittata

Sautéed kielbasa with asparagus, baked in a gorgeous frittata. You can’t go wrong. Serve with a nice crisp, chilled, white wine and you will be the star!

Buckwheat

Gluten-free and delicious. This is an easy side dish to make. The trick is to use chicken stock to bring out that flavor. Serve with chicken or meat.

Radish Salad

Very quick and easy to make Russian salad. If you want an influx of vitamins, especially in the flu season – this recipe is for you.

Sautéed Potatoes

The easiest and arguably the most delicious Russian comfort dish. It takes practice to perfect that golden color so cook with a non-stick pan. Enjoy!
