INGREDIENTS

Makes 3-4 Servings

2 cups of water

1 tspn salt

2 lbs chicken wings

Favorite Sauce – we prefer WingIt sauces. Approximately ½ cup per every 10 wings.

INSTRUCTIONS

Prep time: 30 minutes  |  Cook time: 25 minutes

Combine water and salt. Put chicken wings into brine and let stand for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium heat 350° – 450°. Grill wings for approximately 7-9 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove wings from grill into a heatproof bowl. At this time you can divide the wings into however many different options you want to serve.

If you have 2 sauces divide the wings into two bowls, etc. Pour sauce on the wings, cover, and shake to make sure that they are covered.   Grill again for 1-2 minutes on each side. We love to serve this dish with fresh veggies and blue cheese dressing.
